I never understood this thanksgiving thing. Could someone explain what it's about as the english don't do it. Is it anything to do with christmas?

America celebrates it as the day the pilgrems came to north america,They celebrate in in November.

But Canada celebrates it as the day the vikings came to newfoundland, which was in October.
We're gonna make it back. We came this far and we're gonna make it the rest of the way!

We don't celebrate Boxing Day as such, it is just the name we give to the day after Christmas and is a national holiday. No-one is sure where the meaning came from and there are many theories! :D

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate it!  :D
