Is there anything special you before/after/on Christmas?
Every year, the Sunday after Thanksgiving I go with my parents, brother and grandparents to a tree farm in PA where you cut down your own tree. My grandparents always get two, one for their bedroom (which is pretty big) and one for the living room.
On Christmas Eve, we go to my grandparent's house for dinner and to exchange gifts.
On Christmas morning after my mom, dad, brother and I exchange our gifts to each other, we stop by my grandparent's again to say Merry Christmas before we go to my aunt's.
I thought this would be a fun idea for a thread and I look forward to hearing from the rest of you.

Re: What are your Christmas traditions?
lol I suppose it could be called tradition, I never thought about it before. Christmas Eve, we all get new PJs (Jammies!!) to wear.
Christmas morning, I'm always the first to wake up and I feel it's my duty to wake everyone else up (because I'm the youngest) and me and my brother open our stockings in our parents' room then we all rush downstairs to open everything else.
We always have a big Christmas dinner at our house and my grandparents from my mother's side and my closest cousins, auntie and uncle from my mother's side come over for the meal too.
Finally, Boxing day we all (the family members mentioned above) have a huge meal over at the same grandparents' house. I didn't think we had so much tradition...
We do see the grandmother/closest cousins/auntie/uncle from my father's side on Christmas day too, but they don't stay over, they have their own Christmas dinner.
You're right, this is fun!

I like to watch Santa Claus on the telly box - you know the one with the late great Dudley Moore.
Other then that I always make it to church in the morning.

Christmas Eve: Usually go over my Aunt and Uncle's house for a Christmas Eve party, and I get very very bored. This year it's at my house yay....
Christmas: Wake up, wake up the parents. Go open gifts, go in my room play my new video games and my Aunt, Grandmother, and Uncle come over to see what we got and then they leave, my grandmother and mom cook dinner and I then go pass out on my bed from being awake for so long.
