continuing on the baker theme; one of my jobs is on the bread and cakes section at Tesco.  I dont advise anyone buying any from my branch because ive booted them around the warehouse before they make it to the shelves.  French loafs make good javelins.  There not very good baseball bats though.

My other job is for Wilko's.  doing exciting tasks  such as putting security tags on stock and other stuff shop related.  Is it just me or are customers geting dumber?  You cant beat a good race on the pallet trucks.  After water pistol fights and games of football in the warehouse, i dont know why i havnt been fired yet.

Nice.

I'm a CAD operator myself. My job is to draw up or amend floor plans for fire certification for buildings all over England. Sounds posh, but imagine a medium sized office with just three people in it, one being a silent lad at the back with his earphones in all day, measuring lines and tapping in numbers on a keyboard, continuosly looking up at the screen and then down again at the paper in front of him... Well that's me.

It's thrilling stuff...  :^o The money's alright though  :).

I'm an accountant on an offshore island.

I work for one of the big North American Banks.

I'm only doing it for the money. :(

Well as of now I am a college student at Kings Bourough Community College in Brooklyn New York.  I like studying things like psycology, sociology, philosophy, and history.  You see I like to take classes that bring up many points of views, and complex conversations that leave you wondering.  So I hope I get a job that helps me expand my horizons.  I used to work as a busboy in my farther restaurant.  So basically I am used to working with my hands.  I figure that a lot of successful people started out small, and after picking up, and cleaning peoples slop, I think I am ready for anything.  I relate to most of you, because I know what its like to deal with customers.  No matter how hard you try to please them, or work to your best ability, nothing satisfies them.  Normally some customers get the impression that they are superior than you, and treat you like garbage.  So I admire the jobs that you people deal with.  So I am not really at the peak of my career yet, and I hope I make something out of myself.  Good luck with your living everybody.

I'm aiming to be a non fiction author and i work on my first book during the evenings :D

My aim is to make enough money from writing to give up the day job. I don't have to make 100's of thousands just enough to be happy :D

It's not all bad at work as i work in a seperate part of the buliding and don't see many people. I get to spend a lot of time on the web. ;)

By day I am a humble (over-worked and underpaid) cashier for a large grocery store chain.  I hate it, but it pays the bills.

By night, I am an illustrator for two different companies-- the first one is Nucleic Media, where I have to design CD covers, mini comic books, websites, clothing, flyers, write scripts, and poster images--.  My second is a small local movie company (I just started) and I'm a production designer there, which is mostly, of course, drawing.  Right now, I'm working on a storyboard for a script.  In the future, who knows?  Maybe interior design or something.  In the little bit of spare time I have, I draw for my comic book, do a little fan art, and play my DS.

I'm mainly a digital photographic retoucher for quite a few big names including Vogue, Renault and Virgin Records. But I'm also completing a book on the Analogue Synthesizer over the next few months, I'll let you guys know when it comes out. If anyone is in London then there will be a photographic exhibition to support it in June.

Like Trixter: empty dishwasher, clean the house (dust, hoover, tidy) on saturday, keep my grades up (failing everything at the moment! AAH!), teach my grandparents about the amazing world of technology and set up everything electrical in the house when it needs to be.
Like when we got a new TV, my father spent two or three hours trying to plug everything in and watch the football. By the time I got there he was fuming, I just pressed one button and voila! Though he was also too afraid to plug in the VCR afterwards.
And my grandparents! They bought a laptop! A laptop for crying out loud! Many hours were wasted trying to to teach my nan how to play solitaire and she still can't use the "mouse".  ::)
Hopeless.

Anyways! I love writing so I guess that's what the future holds - that or singing, or both! Yes! Operatic Soprano by night, novelist or journalist or something by day!
