Guys, I was really rocking out the other night with my friends, headbanging and crap like that.
Well I did it a bit too hard (several times, actually) and I have whiplash now. I couldn't believe it. I mean, is this rare, or common? What the hell? It hurts like a mother.
Headbanging is overrated, anyways.
