Will Benoit be in the Hall of Fame?  Perhaps in the Observer's, but most certainly not in WWE's.  The night after the "tribute show", for the taping of Smackdown!, Vince McMahon stood in an empty arena and said, more or less, "In light of recent revelations, Chris Benoit's name will not be mentioned tonight." And they immediately removed all the tribute videos and any merchandise with his name and/or likeness on it.  They're really trying to distance themselves from this whole thing.  AS for my opinion, I'm torn.  Although he was, and is a true legend of the sport (especially here in Canada) and I respect his accomplishments, he did kill his wife and child.  So how do you respect somebody that has done that, regardless of what he did in his career?

If someone has an opinion and offers it within the guidelines setforth in the rules than they are allowed to give it.

But the other sad part about this is after all this tradegy, still nothing has been done to prevent a simular incident.  Young wrestlers are still dropping dead and pressure is put on the performers because vince mcmahon will always give bigger pushes to bigger guys.  The wellness policy should be renamed the worthless policy.
