how can you not like him, hes a typical male like us, i like beer and going for wool;)
Man like me, you and all of us...sure I like his way to live...GIRLS,beer... what you know about me!!!
I was speaking about the fact he thinks to be more than he really is... anyway is a good fighter may be the best. Like Swan and Conchise. I've already told he isn't overrated, and I'm sure he isn't. 8)

Maybe you should look at it like this: What do Ajax, (X-Men's) Wolverine, and (TMNT's) Raphael all have in common? They're hot-headed, red-blooded manly-men types who LOVE TO BRAWL, oftentimes throwing the well-being of their team members to the wayside. The ones who think muscle is the answer to everything, and to heck with anyone who disagrees with their beliefs. The ones who at any given time can and WILL challenge authority-- mind you, not the Professor X or the Master Splinter (Cleon), but primarily to the Cyclops or the Leonardo (Swan). In such movie and television tropes, that kind of conflict from within is to be expected.
So, just like legions of people love your Wolvie and Raph, so will people love your Ajax. While he's not my favorite character in the movie (because I prefer the strong silent types), he's necessary. He made you believe that if the others were as ready for battle as he, MAYBE they would have won every single fight if it came down to it (though we know better).
Just my two cents.

Ye but the fact I don't like him doesn't mean he is not necessary 4 me. My 1st post about ajax was shorter than your, but I've anyway written he isn't overrated and I agree yours. Anyway I prefer silent types like Swan, but he can use muscle is necessary too, ask to luther!!!
Please "just my 2 cents", is it a way to say? Cause I'm italian and I did't see this before . Or it mean simply just my 2 cents(from english to italian) and I'm asking too much. 8)

Why must you all act like the Warriors is such a fantastic movie?
Yes I say Ajax is overrated. I don't like Ajax at all. Like beating down some furies was going to put him down in history as a legend.
There are other movies better than the warriors.

Well, let's face it. Most people want to be like Ajax - he's strong, he's tough, he walks the walk and talks the talk, he challenges authority and likes women - and people respect him for this, they want to be tough like him and do what they want to do, have sex with women and fight. These are often seen as positives, that he likes women a lot and wants to brawl all the time, people like that, people want to be like that (sounds like fun).
But that's what favourite characters are for.
Some people's favourites are who they want to be others' favourites are who they would like to know, to hang out with. Personally, I wouldn't want to hang out with Ajax- he'd make fun of me, but he isn't my favourite in that sense anyway.
Anywho, he got his comeuppance so those who favour his attitude will get theirs too.
