Ya sure, I agree. Usually I would just stir-fry those veggies in a little EVOO and some soy sauce and
add a little chicken or fish. No rice prolly either. That was just a fun, cheat meal. Can't make a sandwitch
without bread!

Terrible breakfast - that would make a better post-meal 6 or 7 snack!

What about my breakfast today, a rasher of bacon, a sausage, tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, a sausage roll, a slice of toast, a slice of fried bread and a pint of milk?

Why what's the difference? if i have another fried bread that means i'd have to have another bacon and sausage or the ratio would be all wrong, gotta have a piece of bacon and sausage with every mouthful of fried bread.

I only have that breakfast 3 times a week when i'm working, 12 hour shifts, need them calories to burn through the day.

A sausage roll has pastry around a sausage meat filling, Don't you have these?

"I think Spirulina is supposed to be a good source of protien?"

da best! An unheard of amount of protein 77%, containing all 9 essential amino acids thus makin' it a complete protein... boring myself now.

"wow!! i like it. can you come and be my dieticion???"

for sure! my first (paying?) gig to becoming an ND. you okay w/ eating parasitic fungus infused caterpillars?
