The Warriors Action Figures page contains photos and information on the official, unofficial and bootleg action figures based on characters from the movie. There have been two official lines of figures by Mezco Toyz based on characters in The Warriors. There are also a large number of bootleg and custom figures made by other companies and fans of the movie.
Official 9 Inch Figures by Mezco Toyz
After Mezco Toyz released their first set of 10 inch figures they went back to the drawing board to create a new set of figures that were more realistic and articulate than the first set. The new figures feature interchangeable hands and are a huge improvement over the more ‘cartoony’ style of the previous set of figures.
The figures that Mezco Toyz released in the 9 Inch set included the yellow/black Baseball Fury with a baseball bat; red/black Baseball Fury with a baseball bat (limited to 200 pieces); Swan with a switchblade and a Molotov cocktail; Orphans Leader (Sully) with a razor blade and a newspaper cutting of the Orphan’s raid; Ajax with handcuffs and a baseball bat; and Cyrus. The figures come packaged in a plastic clamshell with an outer cardboard case. Both of which can be opened and sealed easily.
Official 10 Inch Figures by Mezco Toyz
Before Mezco Toyz released their 9 inch figures, they produced a set of 10 inch figures. All the figures come in a sealed protective plastic clamshell package. If you decide to remove them from their packaging the figures can be articulated into many positions.
The series includes Swan with a bowie knife, switchblade, lead pipe and spray can; Cleon with nunchucks, rumble chain and spray can; Cochise with molotov cocktail, nail board and spray can; Ajax (with no included accessories as he is the heavy muscle); Luther with a handgun, broken bottle and unbroken bottles; and a Baseball Fury with two baseball bats (one broken).
Three Baseball Furies were released in the series (not counting the special editions below). These were the yellow-faced fury (most common), the orange-faced Fury and the red/black-faced Fury. The figures can be found in dirty and clean variants where the dirty versions show the figures with battle scars and wounds.
Official 10 Inch Special Edition Baseball Furies by Mezco Toyz
Alongside the 10 inch line of figures, Mezco Toyz also produced 1,500 purple/black Baseball Furies in clean and dirty variants and 100 green/white Baseball Furies, the rarest of the official figures. Both of these figures were sold exclusively through Toywiz.com. Mezco Toyz also produced 205 blue/black Baseball Furies which were produced for the San Diego Comic Con of 2005.
Bootleg Figures
In addition to the official figures produced by Mezco Toyz, a number of bootleg figures have also been created by other companies.
This figure is a Tech Deck Dude called Cheeze who appears to be modeled on a cross between Cleon and Ajax. Reading the back of the box confirms that this figure was inspired by The Warriors.

This 3-pack of Bounty Hunters, based on the Baseball Furies, are extremely rare and appear to originate from Japan.

Custom Action Figures
Fans of The Warriors have also been putting their creative talents to good use by creating custom action figures.
The first one shown here is a Baseball Fury, created by Jim Abucewicz. It was apparently a hit at a movie convention. The second Baseball Fury figure was made by “Johnny”.

Lions (aka “LIONS ON THE RED CARPET” from The Warriors Movie Forum) has made lots of custom figures which are widely regarded by our members as some of the best. Here’s a photo of the Mezco Series 1 figures with some of his custom figures including Cropsey and some of his repaints of the Baseball Fury figures.

Lions has also created the following figures: Apache, Bopper, Cowboy, Cyrus, Electric Eliminator, Fox, Hi-Hat, Lizzie, Masai, Mercy, Orphan’s Leader, Punk’s Leader, Rembrandt, Savage Hun, Snow (complete with packaging and boombox), Turnbull AC, and Vermin.
