I am sad to announce that David Harris who played Cochise in The Warriors passed away at home in New York on 25th October 2024 after a battle with cancer.
David had many film and TV roles over the years but he will be most fondly remembered as playing heavy muscle Cochise in The Warriors. David was a fan favourite regularly appearing at conventions and taking the time to talk to fans and sign autographs and I am glad I got to meet him in New York at the conclave.
It’s always sad when cast members pass away and I am sure that many of you out there will be watching The Warriors and pouring one out for our fallen Warrior.
